Q: Do you provide distance selling for your services?
A: Unfortunately our key cutting, shoe repair and engraving services are only available in store due to the individual requirements of each service
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Please see 'SHIPPING' for our despatch times
Q: Can I change my delivery address once my order is placed?
A: Provided your order has not been despatched, we can amend the delivery address. Please message us via the 'CONTACT' page
Q: Are you able to gift wrap my item?
A: At present we are unable to offer this service but can ensure that the receipt is not included in the parcel if you notify us
Q: Can I return my item if I change my mind?
A: Please see our RETURNS policy below
Orders will be despatched, Monday to Friday, within 36 hours of order placement. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be despatched within 24 hours of the next working day.
If you require expedited delivery please call 01227 637379 prior to placing your order to ensure that it is possible and to obtain a price. We cannot gurantee expedited delivery for items already purchased.
Smaller items will be despatched by Royal Mail 2nd Class, large or bulky items will be sent via Collect+ Economy.
Standard shipments are to the UK only, including Northern Ireland and the Highlands.
For all other destinations please use the 'CONTACT' page to obtain a quotation for shipping prior to placing your order.
Faulty or damaged items must be notified within 48 hours of delivery and will be eligible for refund or replacement. Please note that you may need to email a photograph of any fault or damage prior to receiving any refund due.
Items that are not faulty or damaged may be returned within 7 days provided that they are unused and with all their original packaging and tags attached. The buyer is responsible for the return postage for unwanted items. Items returned after 7 days but within 30 days will have our cost of postage deducted from the refund.
We will not accept returns after 30 days unless the item develops a fault, in which case the item will be repaired or replaced, provided that the fault is not through misuse and the time since purchased is not longer than the item can reasonably be expected to last.
All returns must be notified prior to returning. We cannot send items back to you that are not eligible for refund or replacement.
